The title compound was prepared following similar methods to those described in Preparation 352 starting from (2R,5R)-4-benzyl-5-chloromethyl-2-methyl-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (300 mg, 0.88 mmol) and (S)-3-fluoro-pyrrolidine (165 mg, 1.32 mmol). MS: [M+H]+=392.
