Tert-butyl 4-[6-(2,3-difluorophenyl)-1-[(2-ethyl-2H-tetrazol-5-yl)methyl]-2,4-dioxo-1,4-dihydrothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-3(2H)-yl]piperidine-1-carboxylate (44 mg, compound B61) and a solution of hydrogen chloride in 1,4-dioxane (0.2 ml+0.9 ml, 4.0 M) in 1,4 dioxane (2 ml) are reacted according to the procedure described in example B79 to afford the title compound.
