The title compound was prepared from 4-[4-amino-3-(4,4-dimethyl-cyclohex-1-enyl)-phenyl]-cyclohexanone (as prepared in the previous step) and 4-cyano-1-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylate potassium salt (as prepared in Example 1, step (d)) according to the procedure in Example 1, step (f). Mass spectrum (APCI, m/z): Calcd. for C31H42N4O3Si, 547.3 (M+H). found 547.0.
