To a solution of the product of Step A (300 mg, 0.6 mmol) in THF (5 mL) was added LiAlH4 (38 mg, 0.96 mmol) at 0° C. The mixture was stirred at RT for 1 h and quenched with H2O (5 mL), extracted with ethyl acetate, and washed with brine (10 mL), dried over sodium sulfate, then filtered. After the solvent was removed, the residue was purified by silica gel chromatography (EA/PE=1:3) to afford the title compound. LC/MS m/z=470.1 [M+H]+.
