Procedure
The title compound was synthesized in analogy to Example 1, using 5-chloro-4-cyclopropylmethoxy-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid and α-(trifluoromethyl)-2-pyridinemethanamine (CAN 503173-14-6) as starting materials. The racemate (96 mg, 83%) was separated into its enantiomers by preparative chiral HPLC (ChiralPak AD, isopropanol/heptane) and the title compound was isolated as colorless oil; LC-MS (UV peak area, m/z) 100%, 386.0882 (MH+). [α]D20=+22.4 (MeOH).
