The title compound was synthesized in analogy to Example 12d, using 5-chloro-4-(4-fluoro-benzyloxy)-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid and (αS)-α-(trifluoromethyl)-3-pyridinemethanamine hydrochloride (1:1) (CAN 749839-26-7) as starting materials and isolated (26 mg, 83%) as colorless oil; MS (ESI, m/z): 440.3 (MH+).
