Procedure

The title compound was synthesized in analogy to Example 123c, using 4-chloro-5-(1-hydroxycyclobutyl)pyridine-2-carbonitrile (Example 126b) and 2,2,2-Trifluoro-ethanol (CAN 75-89-8) as starting material and isolated (609 mg, 71%); MS (ESI, m/z): 273.4 (M+H+).
