The title compound was prepared according to the method described for Example 99 using 8-chloro-N-(2-ethoxy-4-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)phenyl)pyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-2-amine (Preparation 114) and cyclopropanemethylamine for 5 hours. The residue was further purified by passage through a SCX-2 cartridge eluting with 100% MeOH—0.5 M NH3 in MeOH to give the title compound (2.6 mg, 5%).
