Procedure

The title compound was prepared according to the method described for Example 99 using 8-chloro-N-(2-ethoxy-4-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)phenyl)pyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-2-amine (Preparation 114) and 4-aminotetrahydropyran. The residue was further purified by passage through a SCX-2 cartridge eluting with 100% MeOH—1M NH3 in MeOH to give the title compound (3 mg, 9%).
