4-[6-(1-Benzyl-1H-indol-2-yl)-3-methyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazin-8-ylamino]-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (13 mg; 0.02 mmol) was dissolved in 1 ml DCM and treated with 300 μl TFA. It was stirred for 1 hour. The solvent was evaporated and the residue taken up in DCM and extracted with aqueous NaHCO3. The organic layer was dried and evaporated to dryness.
