To a solution of 1-(2,6-difluoro-phenylcarbamoyl)-1,3-dihydro-isoindole-2-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (460 mg, 1.23 mmol, Eq: 1.00) in CH2Cl2 (6 mL) was added TFA (2 mL) dropwise. The reaction was stirred at RT for 1 h. The solvent was evaporated to afford 2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindole-1-carboxylic acid (2,6-difluoro-phenyl)-amide trifluoroacetate which was used without further purification.
