A mixture of tert-butyl 5-(2-tert-butoxy-2-oxoethyl)-3-(5-((4-carbamimidamidobenzoyl)oxy)-2-cyclohexylphenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1,2-oxazole-5-carboxylate (12.7 mg) and TFA (1 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and then, the residue was washed with diethyl ether to obtain the title compound (5.8 mg).
