A mixture of tert-butyl 5-(2-tert-butoxy-2-oxoethyl)-3-(3-((4-carbamimidamidobenzoyl)oxy)-5-methylphenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1,2-oxazole-5-carboxylate (407 mg) and TFA (4 mL) was stirred overnight at room temperature. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and then, the residue was washed with diethyl ether to obtain the title compound (289 mg).
