1,5-Dimethyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydro-pyridine-3-carboxylic acid [6-((S)-2-methoxy-1-methyl-ethylamino)-1,3,3-trimethyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indol-5-yl]-amide I-1′ (110 mg; 0.26 mmol) is dissolved in 2 ml acetic acid and stirred at 150° C. for 1 h. The solvent is evaporated and the crude product is purified using reversed phase chromatography (Method: prep. HPLC1).
