Trifluoroacetic acid (2.2 mL) is added to the product of step 2, Example 95A (1.05 g, 1.94 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (39 mL) at 0° C. After 30 minutes the ice bath is removed and the mixture stirred at room temperature for 8 hours. Saturated NaHCO3 (60 mL) is added and the mixture extracted with CH2Cl2 (40 mL). The combined organics are dried over MgSO4, filtered and evaporated to give the title product (850 mg): m/z: 501.19.
