Procedure
0,1 g of dried particles of size 3.5 μm with quaternary base groups from Example 3 was dispersed in 60 g toluene in the presence of a steric stabilizer (H - 190 - 332 from ICI). Then a mixture of 1.0 g resorcinol in 2.0 g of 37% formaldehyde solution was added under stirring. After 5 hours at 50° C. monodisperse particles of size 8.3 μm had been formed.
