Procedure
To a solution of 3.7 g of triphenylphosphine and 5.5 g of N-(1-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalin-6-yl)-N'-(2-hydroxyethyl)-N'-[4-[2-(methoxycarbonyl)ethyl]phenyl]-urea in 40 ml acetonitrile, are added, dropwise at 40°-45° C., 2.84 g of diethyl azodicarboxylate in 10 ml of acetonitrile. After 1.5 hours the mixture is cooled, the product is suction filtered and washed with a little acetone and diethylether.
