Procedure

A solution of the product of Example 65 (0.17 g) in methylamine (10 ml) was heated at 50° for 18 hours. The solvent was allowed to evaporate. The residue was dissolved in dichloromethane (50 ml) and washed with hydrochloric acid (2M:50 ml). The organic solution was purified by column chromatography eluting with dichloromethane/methanol (20:1) to give the title compound as a white foam (0.136 g) m.p. 89°-92° C.
