PROCEDURE

实验过程

A slurry of 4-chloro-6-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-methylpyrimidine (2-2, 800 mg, 3.58 mmol, 1.0 eq.), tributyl(vinyl)tin (1.358 mL, 4.65 mmol, 1.3 eq.) and tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) (207 mg, 0.179 mmol, 0.050 eq.) in toluene (20 mL) was heated at 110° C. for 3 hours. Toluene was removed by roto-evaporation and the resulting residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (0-100% ethyl acetate in hexanes) to afford 4-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-methyl-6-vinylpyrimidine (2-3) as a white solid. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.64 (s, 1H), 6.77 (m, 1H), 6.53 (d, 1H, J=17 Hz), 5.73 (d, 2H, J=11 Hz), 2.92 (s, 3H), 2.72 (s, 3H), 2.42 (s, 3H). LRMS m/z (M+H) 216.2 found, 216.1 required.
