To a solution of compound 6 (230 mg, 0.55 mmol) in CH3CN (15 mL) was added K2CO3 (304 mg, 2.2 mmol). After being stirred for 5 min, MeI (155 mg, 1.1 mmol) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred at 60° C. for 15 min in a CEM microwave reactor. The mixture was concentrated in vacuo, the residue was purified by prep-TLC to give compound 7 (120 mg, 50%) as a white solid.
