Procedure
To a solution of the product of Example 28F (220 mg, 0.36 mmol) in dichloromethane (8 mL) was added trifluoroacetic acid (2 mL) dropwise and the mixture was stirred at ambient temperature for 4 hours. After concentration, the residue was washed with ethanol and dried under vacuum to give the title compound. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz): δ 12.11 (s, 1H), 9.68 (s, 1H), 8.94-8.91 (m, 3H), 8.07 (s, 1H), 7.64-7.61 (m, 2H), 7.54-7.49 (m, 1H), 7.19-7.12 (t, J=9.3 Hz, 1H), 6.87(dd, J=2.4 Hz, J=14.4 Hz, 1H), 6.29 (dd, J=9.0, 1.8 Hz, 1H), 4.96 (s, 2H), 3.27 (m, 8H). MS: 515 (M+H+).
