Procedure

Methanesulfonic acid (1 Eq) was added to a suspension of N-(3-chloro-2-methylphenyl)-2-(1-methylcyclopropyl)-6-({[2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]carbonyl}amino)-1H-benzimidazole-4-carboxamide (250 mg) (obtained in Example 85) in MeOH (2 ml). After stirring at room temperature for 30 minutes, MeOH was removed under reduced pressure to obtain the titled compound as white powder.
