Procedure
A mixture of N-(4-(2-aminoethoxy)-3-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)phenyl)-3-methoxybenzamide (30 mg, 81.9 μmol), ethyl acetimidate hydrochloride (12.1 mg, 98.2 μmol) and triethylamine (22.8 μL, 164 μmol) in dichloromethane was stirred at room temperature overnight. The mixture was concentrated and the crude product was purified by HPLC. The proper fractions were collected and lyophilized to afford the title compound as a white solid in 7.01% yield. LCMS m/z (%)=408 (M+H, 100). 1H NMR (400 MHz, MeOH-d4) δ 2.2 (s, 2H) 2.7 (s, 3H) 3.0 (s, 1H) 3.6 (t, J=5.1 Hz, 2H) 3.7 (s, 3H) 3.9 (s, 3H) 4.2 (t, J=5.1 Hz, 2H) 6.3 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H) 7.2 (dd, J=7.3, 2.8 Hz, 1H) 7.2 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H) 7.4 (t, J=7.8 Hz, 1H) 7.5 (m, 2H) 7.6 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H) 7.7 (d, J=3.0 Hz, 1H) 7.8 (dd, J=9.1, 2.5 Hz, 1H).
