Reaction Steps
This compound was prepared using a method analogous to that of furo[2,3-c]pyridazin-5(6H)-one O-methyl oxime (A.2.3.3), 7-cyclopropylfuro[2,3-c]pyridin-3(2H)-one replacing furo[2,3-c]pyridazin-5(6H)-one. Purification by CC (KP-SIL™ from Biotage) using Hept/EtOAc (9/1) gives the desired product as brown oil;
