Reaction Steps
This compound was prepared using a method analogous to that of furo[2,3-c]pyridazin-5(6H)-one O-methyl oxime (A.2.3.3), 4-ethoxy-6-methylfuro[2,3-b]pyridin-3(2H)-one replacing furo[2,3-c]pyridazin-5(6H)-one. Purification by (KP-SIL™ from Biotage) using Hept/EtOAc (1/1) gives the desired product as white solid;
