1-[4′-(4-tert-Butoxycarbonylamino-3-methyl-isoxazol-5-yl)-biphenyl-4-yl]-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid ethyl ester (1.5 g, 3.2 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (10 mL) was treated with trifluoroacetic acid (4 mL). The reaction was stirred for 1 hour. The mixture was neutralized and submitted to standard workup to give the title compound.
