The title compound was prepared from 3,4-diamino-N-(6-trifluoromethylpyridin-3-yl)-benzamide (from Example 6-36) and 3-(4-formyl-3,5-dimethylphenyl)-2,2-dimethylpropionic acid methyl ester analogous to Example 6-29. 1N NMR (400 MHz, MeOD): δ 9.20 (s, 1H), 8.68 (d, 1H), 8.43 (s, 1H), 8.10 (d, 1H), 7.98 (d, 1H), 7.85 (d, 1H), 7.19 (s, 2H), 3.00 (s, 2H), 2.27 (s, 6H), 1.29 (s, 6H). MS (m/z) 511.2 (M+1); Retention time: 1.20 min (Method 10).
