PROCEDURE

实验过程

A mixture of 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)cyclopropanol (310 mg, 3.04 mmol) and triethylamine (614.1 mg, 6.08 mmol) in 10 mL of dichloromethane was stirred at −10° C. for 30 min. Methanesulfonyl chloride (348 mg, 3.04 mmol) was added via a syringe. After stirring at −10° C. for 1 hr, the reaction mixture was quenched with ice-water (2 mL) and extracted with dichloromethane (20 mL×4). The combined organic phases were dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated in vacuo to give yellow oil (used for the next step quickly).
