To the mixture of 1-(3-(4-(4-(2,3-dimethyl-5-oxo-1-phenyl-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamido)-2-fluorophenoxy)quinolin-7-yloxy)propyl)cyclopropyl 2-(tert-but-oxycarbonylamino)acetate (160 mg, 0.216 mmol) in 8 mL of ethyl acetate was added a solution of HCl/EtOAc (0.93 mol/L, 5 mL) dropwise. The reaction mixture was stirred at rt for 30 minutes and then filtered. The solid was washed with ethyl acetate (10 mL×2) to afford the title compound as a white solid (55 mg, 37.9%).
