The title compound 69B was prepared in a similar manner to the synthesis of compound 34D by substituting compound 34C and 4-(hydroxymethyl)phenylboronic acid with compound 69A and 4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenol, respectively: 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 9.49 (s, 1H), 8.50 (s, 1H), 8.10 (s, 1H), 7.88-7.91 (m, 2H), 7.57 (d, J=7.67 Hz, 1H), 6.83-6.86 (m, 2H), 4.44-4.53 (m, 1H), 1.25 (d, J=6.75 Hz, 6H). ESI (+)/MS: 286 (M−H)+.
