The title compound was prepared from 2-(1-trityl-1H-imidazol-4-yl)thiophen-3-amine and 2-(2-oxo-3,4-dihydroquinolin-1(2H)-yl)acetic acid using protocol B (269 mg, 32%). Method [7] Retention time 9.32 min by HPLC (MH+ 595).
