Reaction Steps
A mixture of Example 271C (0.249 g, 0.551 mmol) and 2,2,2-trifluoroacetic acid (1 mL, 12.98 mmol) in dichloromethane (1 mL) was stirred for 24 hours at room temperature and concentrated. The hydrochloride salt was prepared by dissolving the resultant solid in methanol and adding 2M hydrogen chloride in diethyl ether. After concentrating under reduced pressure, the title compound was obtained. MS (ESI) m/e 352.1 (M+1)+.
