A solution of the product from Example 48 Part B (160 mg, 0.4 mmol) in EtOH (10 mL) was added to hydrazine (39 mg, 1.2 mmol). The reaction mixture was refluxed for 2 h. It was cooled to rt. EtOH was removed under vacuum. The residue was re-dissolved in dichloromethane. The undissolved solid was removed by filtration. The filtrate was concentrated to yield 95 mg of the product as a yellow solid (90% yield). MS 265.1 (M+H)+.
