Benzyl 4-(benzyloxy)-2-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyrimidin-5-ylcarbamate, 11-d, (1.96 g, 4.9 mmol) was hydrogenated with hydrogen ballon in THF (20 ml) and Pd/C (200 mg) at room temperature for 12 hours. The mixture was filtered through a celite pad and the filtrate was concentrated under vacuum to provide the product, 11-e, (0.8 g, 93%). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz,): δ 8.39 (s, 1H), 7.80 (s, 1H), 7.20 (s, 1H), 6.56 (m, 1H), 5.00 (br, 2H).
