PROCEDURE

实验过程

To a stirred solution of 28-g (2.8 g, 12 mmol) and Et3N (3.5 g, 34 mmol) in MeCN (30 ml) was added HATU (4.8 g, 12 mmol). The mixture was stirred for 5 min at room temperature and then ethyl 4-((R)-amino(4-fluoro phenyl)methyl)phenyl(methyl)phosphinate, 18-e, (3.5 g, 11 mmol) was added. The resulting mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. The mixture was then concentrated under vacuum and the residue was taken into ethyl acetate followed by washing with 1N HCl. The organic layer was dried over sodium sulfate and concentrated under vacuum. The residue was purified on silica gel chromatography (petroleum ether:ethyl acetate=1/1) to provide the product, 29-a, (1 g, 15.7%).
