Procedure

To a mixture of (3-chloro-5-dimethylcarbamoyl-2-fluoro-benzyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (115 mg, 0.33 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (4 mL) was added TFA (1 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred for 1 h at ambient temperature and the solvent was removed in vacuo to give the title compound. MS (LC/MS): 231.0 [M]+. tR (HPLC conditions c): 2.59 min.
