A mixture of 3-acetyl-1-[2-fluoro-4-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)phenyl]-5-methoxypyridazin-4(1H)-one (600 mg), N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal (3 mL) and acetonitrile (3 mL) was stirred at 80° C. for 12 hr, allowed to be cooled to room temperature, and stirred for 12 hr. The precipitate was collected by filtration, and washed with diisopropyl ether to give the title compound (600 mg).
