At room temperature, TFA (trifluoroacetic acid) (0.5 mL) was added to a solution of Compound 1A (20 mg, 0.0394 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (1 mL) and stirred for 10 min. The mixture was the concentrated in vacuo. The residue was dissolved in CH2Cl2 (10 mL) and washed with NaOH (5 mL) and brine (5 mL), dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated in vacuo to obtain the title compound 1 (12 mg, 0.0298 mmol)
