Reaction Steps
[5-(4-Bromo-phenyl)-3-methyl-isoxazol-4-yl]-methanol (0.120 g, 0.45 mmol) was mixed with cyclopentyl isocyanate (0.075 g, 0.68 mmol) in toluene and the reaction was heated to 120° C. overnight. After cooling, the crude material was submitted directly to silica gel purification to afford the title compound.
