The title compound was prepared analogously to compound 30a, using 5-bromo-3-iodo-1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-indazole (2.56 g, 6.29 mmol), 2-chloro-5-(tributylstannyl)thiazole (2.955 g, 7.23 mmol, Synthonix), CuI (0.12 g, 0.630 mmol) and Pd(PPh3)4 (0.74 g, 0.640 mmol). Purification by flash chromatography (Isco, (120 gram)) eluting with 2M NH3 in MeOH:DCM (0:1→1:99) gave 2.12 g (85%) of a white amorphous solid. m/z: 397.8, 399.8 [M+1].
