A glass microwave reaction vessel was charged with 5-bromo-3-(6-((4-methoxybenzyl)oxy)-2-(methylsulfonyl)pyrimidin-4-yl)-1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-indazole (204 mg, 0.356 mmol) and dimethylamine solution in water (0.4 mL, 3.02 mmol) in NMP (1 ml). The reaction was stirred and heated in a oil bath at 90° C. for 10 min. The mixture was diluted with water. The resulting white ppt was collected by filtration, washed with water, then MeOH, and dried to give the crude product. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 538/540 (1:1) (M+1).
