To a solution of 17 (20 mg) in 2 ml DCM was added 3 eq DIEA and acetyl chloride (20 μl). The reaction mixture was stirred at r.t. for 5 h before worked up with DCM/NaHCO3, water. The org. phase was concentrated and subjected to prep HPLC purification to furnish compound 18.
