14.3 g of 4-chloro-6-ethylpyrimidine and 17.1 g of cis-4-tert-butylcyclohexylamine were heated to 80 to 90° C. with 15.2 g of triethylamine in 75 ml of toluene for 8 hours. After cooling, the mixture was stirred with water and the organic phase was dried and concentrated. For purification, the mixture was chromatographed over silica gel (ethyl acetate). This gave the title product as a colourless oil.
