Procedure

A mixture of the product from step (v) (0.46 g) and Lawesson's reagent (0.18 g) in benzene (5 ml) was heated at reflux for 2 hours. The mixture was evaporated and purified by chromatography eluting with 10% ethyl acetate in toluene. Yield 0.5 g.
