Procedure
A beaker was charged with 0.522 gram of titanium tetra-isopropoxide, followed by adding thereonto 5 ml of a 30% high purity hydrogen peroxide water, while dipping the beaker into ice water for cooling, slowly stirring to obtain a uniform orange colored aqueous solution of titanium isopropoxide hydrogen peroxide, i.e., an inorganic film-forming coating composition, that showed a high viscosity and gelled in one month.
