Reaction Steps

The reaction was carried out in the same manner as in Example 2-4) except for using 330 mg (0.69 mmol) of 4-{2-[(t-butoxycarbonyl)methylamino]pyridin-4-yl}-1-(6-chloropyridazin-3-yl)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazole obtained in Example 3-1) in place of 4-(2-t-butoxycarbonylaminopyridin-4-yl)-1-(6-chloropyridazin-3-yl)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazole to obtain 222 mg of the title compound as a pale beige powder. (Yield: 89%)
