The coupling reaction between 1-cyclohexylmethyl-5-(2,5-dimethoxy-phenyl)-2-methyl-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylic acid and 3-amino-propan-1-ol was similar to the reaction exemplified in the synthesis of Example 49 to give 1-cyclohexylmethyl-5-(2,5-dimethoxy-phenyl)-2-methyl-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylic acid (3-hydroxy-propyl)-amide; MS (ISP) 415.3 (M+H)+.
