N-(4-(6-(2-((R)-1-((R)-Pyrrolidin-2-yl)ethylamino)-6-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-3-yl)-pyrimidin-4-yloxy)benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)acetamide, Example 12(d), (135 mg, 0.25 mmol) was reacted with acetone (56 μL, 0.75 mmol, Aldrich) under the conditions of Example 3(d) to give the title compound as a yellow solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion.) m/z: 586 (M+1).
