The title compound was prepared by reacting (2S)-N-(2-(6-(2-acetamidobenzo[d]thiazol-4-yloxy)pyrimidin-4-yl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)azetidine-2-carboxamide trifluoroacetic acid salt [Example 37(c)] with isobutyraldehyde (Aldrich) under the conditions of Example 3(d). MS (ESI, pos. ion.) m/z: 585 (M+1). Mp: 174.4-174.9° C.
