Reaction Steps
Acid 5-5 (144 mg, 0.51 mmol), amine 5-7 (202 mg, 0.56 mmol), NMM (226 μL, 2.1 mmol) and BOP (241 mg, 0.77 mmol) were combined in 2.6 mL DMF. Mter stirring overnight the solvent was evaporated, the residue was dissolved in EtOAc, washed with water, sat. NaHCO3, 5% KHSO4, and brine, dried (MgSO4), filtered and concentrated. Flash chromatography (silica, 10% CHCl3/EtOAc) provided 5-8 as an off-white glass.
